About Alki Roof Repair

Alki Roof Repair started with a pattern anyone can verify: read Seattle homeowner reviews on any contractor platform and count how many people spent weeks trying to find someone — anyone — to fix a roof leak. The big local roofing companies are replacement businesses. Their crews, sales teams, and schedules are built around $20,000-$40,000 re-roofs, and a $900 flashing repair simply doesn't fit. So repair calls go unreturned, or worse, every leak becomes a replacement pitch.

The repair specialists exist — skilled small crews who genuinely want that work. What's missing is the connection. That's what this service is.

Here's how it works, stated plainly: Alki Roof Repair is a local referral service. When you call or submit a request, your job is handled by an independent, licensed and insured Seattle roofing contractor from our network — a repair-focused specialist, matched to your kind of job. You get the repair-first philosophy this whole site describes: photo diagnosis, firm written pricing, honest repair-versus-replace advice, and documentation of the finished work. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

What we will never do: invent reviews, inflate credentials, or pressure you toward work you don't need. Every claim on this site is one we can stand behind, and the contractor who takes your job carries the license, bond, and insurance that Washington requires — verifiable through the state's contractor lookup, and we encourage you to check.

The name is a compass point. Alki is where Seattle started, out on the West Seattle peninsula where the weather off the Sound hits first and hits hardest. Roofs that survive out there are roofs that were maintained and repaired by people who took small problems seriously. That's the standard.
