The service

Alki Roof Repair is a local lead referral service. We connect Seattle homeowners and property owners with independent, licensed and insured roofing contractors who perform repair work. Alki Roof Repair does not itself perform roofing work. All work is contracted directly between you and the independent contractor, who is solely responsible for the performance, warranty, and quality of that work.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes described on this site are provided free and without obligation. Price ranges published on this site are typical local ranges for general guidance; the firm price for your specific job is the written quote provided after diagnosis. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of work at a stated price.

Licensing

Contractors fulfilling requests through this service are required to hold active Washington State contractor registration, bonding, and insurance. You are encouraged to verify any contractor's registration through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries contractor lookup before work begins.
